Pratt Exhibitions

Exhibitions at Pratt Institute include public-facing art and design shows at the flagship Pratt Manhattan Gallery, student- and faculty-focused installations at the Schafler Gallery in Brooklyn, as well as a number of other spaces across Pratt’s Brooklyn and Manhattan campuses.

I developed a comprehensive system uniting all of the visual communication across Pratt’s exhibitions ecosystem, aiming to balance the individual graphic nature of each show with a strong framework that establishes an identity for the Exhibitions department as a whole. A unified grid system provides a foundation for exhibition catalogs, posters, digital screens, wall text and other means of communication. Artwork and color complement one another and can play roles that are more or less prominent depending on context.
